By downloading, installing, or using the SlumberWave application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is operated by CoderelTech L.L.C. ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

SlumberWave is a sleep and relaxation application that provides users with white noise, ambient sounds, nature sounds, and neuro-acoustic audio experiences designed to aid sleep, focus, and calmness. It is not a medical or therapeutic service.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Health Disclaimer

SlumberWave is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or therapeutic service. Content provided is not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for health issues. We are not responsible for any harm caused by usage of the App.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Premium Features

SlumberWave offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a subscription or one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5.2 Billing

All payments are processed through the respective app store. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund policies are governed by the applicable app store's terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, audio content, sounds, visuals, and underlying technology, is owned by CoderelTech L.L.C. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Copy or distribute any audio content from the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoderelTech L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CoderelTech L.L.C. operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
